Karis Consult - Our client, a propitious start-up Microfinance Bank with a strong stakeholders' base, seeks to recruit bright, competent and experienced professionals to head its key departments.
We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Any City, NG
Qualification and Experience
- Microfinance Bank experience will be added advantage.
- In addition to the above, the ideal and suitable candidate for each of the five positions must have a minimum of Bachelor degree in relevant discipline, (with at least 2nd Class Lower) or HND (with at least Lower Credit), Postgraduate degree and/or professional qualification will be added advantage,
- The ideal and suitable candidate must have minimum of 7 years relevant experience in reputable organisations, at least 5 of which must have been in the financial services sector (with Microfinance Banking experience for stipulated positions), with minimum of 2 years experience at Senior Management level.
Competencies
- All heads of department to be recruited must be astute in strategic thinking and planning, must have an extra-ordinary understanding of the market place, must be on top of global best practices and issues in their disciplines and must possess outstanding managerial and leadership skills.
