Responsibilities
Provide end-user support applications connected with sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Holder of a first degree or its equivalent in Accountancy, Social Science, Management Science or Arts (An MBA is an added advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.
- In-depth understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulation and legislation relating to the cement manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of DCP’s product and service offerings.
- Sound knowledge of general applications with support the sales and marketing processes.
- Good knowledge of SAP, including ability to learn quickly and understand any custom development and configurations that have been made to the SAP system.
- Very good communication and relationship management skills.
- Good customer service and people management skills
- Good data gathering and analysis skills.
