Job Title: Experience Retail Manager (Fresh Foods)

Job Description
- Manage/oversee the proper and profitable running of the restaurant in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOPs).
- Responsible to meet or exceed budgeted sales & profit goals
- Staff orientation, training, development and management
- Manage food production to ensure absolute quality in line with approved recipes and procedures
- Product and recipe development
- Respond to customer’s comments in a constructive and positive manner, looking at such as an opportunity to build customer count. Educate & empower subordinate managers to act in full-fledged restaurant management capacity
- Responsible for the physical/aesthetic maintenance of the section
