Competencies
- Should have adequate knowledge of the insurance industry and the regulatory frameworks
- An understanding of the financial service sector is an added advantage
- Ability to manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously
- Must possess skill in performance appraisal

- Applicant must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- He/she must be proactive, flexible and result oriented
- Good knowledge of insurance underwriting (Life & Non-Life)
- Excellent communication, presentation, recruitments, and selling skills

- Must be professionally objective and customer-centric
- Microsoft proficient
- Entrepreneurial/Startup experience
- Strategic marketing skill
Qualifications
- Must have OND, HND or B.Sc from a reputable university with a minimum of 6 years cognitive work experience. Applicant must not be more 40 years old.
- Should have prior experience in a similar role.
