Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
- University degree
- Proficiency in managing insurance operations
- Must possess a strong combination of sales, business acumen, leadership and strategy breadth.
- Must have built a high performance team.
- Passionate customer advocacy
- Thorough knowledge of sales principles, product and service management
- Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
- Good understanding of financial statement analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills(written and oral) with strong business and customer focus
- Analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- 5-8 years of sales experience.
