Summary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word).
- Analytical Skill.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent communication skill (oral/writing)
- Proficiency in the Use of Accounting Software/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate preparation of all client bills in Lagos.
- Timely and accurate issue of receipts for all transactions.
- Confirming and signing of all Lagos Reservation Forms.
- Posting of all transactions on COBRA.
- Generating monthly revenue report for the company.
- Sending Revenue Reports to Sixt Germany.
- Maintaining and Updating Customers' Statements of account.
- Following up with sales men on customer's payments.
- Preparation of Monthly Salary Adjustment.
- Review and Confirmation of day to day lodgement into the company's account.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Accounting.
- ICAN/ACCA will be an added advantage
- 5 years cognate experience in a similar role.
