Job Title: Marketing Officer
Location: Abuja
Key Responsibilities
- Grow customer base
- Assist merchants with purchase of products reports
- Assist users with sales issues
- Process requests to ecommerce systems through third parties.
- Act as administrator to manage eCommerce systems.
- Provide guidance and training on systems and the credit card deposit process.
- Maintain spreadsheets that track revenue, merchant accounts, and completion of orders.
- Assist with tracking order completion within the system.
- Work with courier service to ensure speedy delivery
Requirements
- The Marketing Officer must be an OND/HND graduate in any discipline (Preferably marketing), with at least 2 years of experience in general marketing and eCommerce.
- Person must be able to support the administrator in the processing of accounting operations as well as all tasks relating to buying/selling and invoicing.
Entry Requirements:
- An ability to sell
- Basic accounting and budget management
- PC literacy (MS Office)
- Hands on experience with excel
- Good knowledge of ecommerce
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Must be Social Media savvy
