We are currently recruiting to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
- Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all time.
- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
- Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess B.Sc/OND/NCE/HND in relevant course, with 1-3 years relevant work experience.
- Must be Graduate in any related field.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be good looking with command of the English language
