Job Description
- Ensure a stable, available and predictive operating environment
- Install, configure and maintain systems on the network
- Applying appropriate access control methods and tools for all systems
- Ensure that systems adequately protect the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of stored information
- Implement a routine backup program
- Develop, maintain, support and optimize key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications
- Manage third party network connections and outsourcing arrangements
- Manage SLA’s and Contracts with technology service providers, third-party network, and outsourcing arrangements
- Knowledge of system troubleshooting
- Plan schedule and coordinate current and future infrastructure requirements with IT development and operation.
