Job Title: Maintenance Officer/Handy Man
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
- Implement preventive maintenance measures
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Complete inspections of offices and rooms with Facilities/Maintenance Manager
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
Requirements
