Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests either face -to face or over the phone.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing, solving hardware and software faults.
- Datacenter monitoring and Network Team support
- IT project support as duly assigned
- IT Administration support
- Ensure the correct running and maintenance of the IT systems
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Educational Requirement: B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related course
- Experience in years: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
- Age: 25 Years to 35 years
- Gender: Male Preferably.
Skills Required:
- Proven IT Experience in a similar role specially in the use of Ms Word, Excel and powerpoint in (Advanced Level)
- A good memory of how soft ware and hardware systems work and keen attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills, ability to prioritize workload and ability to work well in a team.
- Networking knowledge preferably familiar with Cisco product, Ubiquiti and Mikrotik
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
