We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Manager- UPS
Location: Lagos
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform sales and marketing activities: following up on UPS sales leads; strategic account planning; building relationships with potential customers; fact finding; analyzing business processes in relation to current systems; uncovering applications; cost justifying new systems and applications.
- Accountable for achieving quarterly sales quota by selling to new or existing customers
- Maintains and increasing the business market share.
- Act as the customer advocate to ensure that the organization remains customer-focused
- Compile all relevant data to determine the exact nature of the customer's business needs and develop solutions for customer business problems
- Responsible for account development, sales plans and forecasting
- Need to negotiate price and finalize contract terms and conditions to close the deal
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience or equivalent in the UPS industry selling aftermarket services, contracts, and part
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving skills
- Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Self-motivated and extremely organized
- Strong analytic and judgment skills
- Works well in a team environment
