Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Developing strategies to ensure a high Employee Engagement is maintained at all time
- Managing the recruitment, training, performance management, promotion and severance processes
- Overseeing and supervise the preparation of the annual Admin and staff cost budget of the Bank
- Ensuring that the compensation structure and reward system are competitive and motivational to attract and retain the right talent
- Managing the office environment and ensuring that it remains safe, secure and well-maintained at all time.
Requirements
- Relevant University degree(s)
- MBA/relevant Masters in HR related subject
- Membership of CIPM, CIPD or SPHR is compulsory
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in human resource administration in a good organization
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
