- We are currently looking for experienced Change Manager Consultant to join a large project in Nigeria
- The client currently has a large-scale SAP programme.

- Duration: 3.5 month + possibility of extension

Role Requirements
- Experienced in change management; understands the roles of change leaders versus change enablers.
- Experience in working in projects and matrix organization.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects.
- Able to communicate to the point and in line of need of target group (management, project team members and work floor).
- Experience with management of extensive training programs.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work in Nigeria, area of Lagos, without restrictions.
- Willingness to travel (within own country and abroad if required).
- Change/transformation capabilities.
- Structured, planning, analytical, flexible, quick learner, proactive, solutions oriented.
- Presentation skills.
- Experience in large scale implementations in corporate environments and a solid understanding of the business direction, an overall view of the “big picture”, and a good knowledge of the business being impacted by the project’s implementation.
