Job Brief
- We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales & Marketing Officer to help us build up our business activities.
- You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales you will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company's success according to trends and customer requirements, prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job Descriptions
- Assisting in the formulation of policy frame work for the sales and Marketing activities.
- Keep and manage customer data for effective Marketing.
- Delivery and follow up on buyers. Monitoring and supporting the after Sales activities.
- Attending to customer's complaints and providing solutions in conjunction with the Branch Manager/Marketing Team.
- Reporting and follow up on Competitors activities.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Making accurate , rapid cost calculation and providing customers with quotations
- Creating detailed proposals, document , often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
Person Specification
- Minimum education qualification B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any other related field
- Cognate experience with Automobile industry is an added advantage
- Candidate must have minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing/ Sales
- Candidate must be within the 26-35 years of age
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Must reside on the island
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to drive is compulsory
- Previous experience in an Automobile industry is an added advantage.
Skills/Personality:
- Candidates must have good communication and presentation skills and be result oriented.
- Team player, creative, positive, ambitious.
