Pensions Alliance Limited (PAL) was incorporated on April 14, 2005 to manage and administer retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria as a result of the Pension Reform Act of 2004 for which we charge an administrative fee of N80 monthly.Pensions Alliance is a joint venture between First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH) and African Alliance Insurance Company Limited (African Alliance). Currently we have a client base of over 300, 000.

Job Title: Human Resource and Administration

Grade Alignment: Senior Officer

Job Description
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organised and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
  • Identify training and development opportunities
  • Provide assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Provide assistance in developing Human Resource Plans
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
  • Provide Infromation and assistance to staff, supervisors and company on human resource and work related issues
  • Provide advice and assitance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems
Qualification
  • The candidate must be between 21-31 years old
  • Must be a graduate of a renowned University with a minimum qualification of 2:2 in any social science course
  • 2 - 5 years experience in any Human Resource Role is compulsory
