Job Summary
- Assist the HR Manager to provide an effective HR service for all practice areas and support groups.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist With Day To Day Operations Of HR Functions And Duties
- Provide Clerical And Administrative Support To the HR Manager.
Requirements
- A female of not more than 24 years old.
- A recent graduate from a reputable university- BA/BSc in HR Management or any related field
Person Specification and attributes required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident individual with a proactive attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings
- Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
- Proven ability to deal with confidential matters and with discretion
- Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent, proven organisational skills.
