Job Title: Events and Marketing /Project Coordinator
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Purpose
- The main purpose of the role will be to conceptualise, coordinate and execute all events for our client and also working closely with their partners / clients.
- To execute plans timeously and in-line with the client’s requirements.
- Organise, coordinate and host external functions, from planning through to closure, including responsibilities such as purchasing, choosing locations, arranging schedules, choosing vendors, selecting menus etc.
- Attend functions and events to ensure that operations run smoothly, troubleshooting should any problems or issues arise during the function or event.
- Conceptualise and execute plans liaising with suppliers, negotiating costs and delivery dates etc. on tight deadlines.
Qualification / Experience
- The candidate must be Degree holder and must have completed NYSC program.
- The candidate must have at least 2 years experience in coordinating events.
