A leading Oil, Gas and Green Energy company, with an exponential growth plan, that is currently setting the pace in treatment and re-cycling as an alternative green energy source in Nigeria, is seeking the services of an experience professional to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and procedures to ensure sustainable growth of the company.
- Manage promotion/progression/succession, remuneration, industrial relations organisational development, regulatory compliance and other HR responsibilities
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Science, Arts, Humanities and Social Science with a minimum of second class upper division. A Master's degree will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 12 years post NYSC cognate experience with at least 7 years in the HR field.
- Must be licensed HR Practitioner with practical knowledge of Nigeria Labour Laws and employer's best practices.
