We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Outlet Manager (Restaurant)
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Operational management: organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security;
- Financial management: planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets set by head office, controlling stock takings in the restaurant, etc.;
- Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations;
- Ensure proper monitor of Raw and Non raw material movement in, out and within the outlet.
- Handling customer complaints and queries;
- Establishing relationships with the local community and undertaking activities that comply with the company's corporate social responsibility programmers.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel in the production department
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years experience in similar line or field.
- HND/BSC holder
