Job description
Effective Business Planning
- Coordinate and review AOP, based on functional and Operational Inputs
- Coordination and review of 3/5 year plan as appropriate
Monthly & Quarterly Reporting Packs
- Organise and review the Preparation of monthly variance report by function
- Coordinate and review Monthly Finance Report
- Review of submissions in Board and Audit Committee Packs
- Ad-hoc Monthly/Quarterly Analysis of Variance
Flash & Forecast Analysis
- Coordination and review of the monthly flash and forecast.
External Benchmarking
- Conduct quarterly environmental, industry and competitor analysis
Product Analysis
- Review of business cases to ensure revenue optimisation in new products launched
Other Dimensions
- Timely submission of Annual Operating Plans (AOP), F&F & 5yr plan - 99% time reports
- Accuracy Level of 95%
- Circulation of AOP and variance report by due date
- Quarterly submission of external benchmarking analysis
- Timely submission of Quarterly Board Pack and Audit Committee pack
- A turn around time of 24hrs on business cases reviewed for product launch
Desired Skills and Experience
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
- Graduate degree.
- Professional qualification ACA/ACCA
- In-depth knowledge of the telecoms industry.
- Analytical Skills
Relevant Experience
- 8-10 years preferably in FMCG, Consumables & Telecoms
