Job Title: Team Lead, Settlement & Reconciliation
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper outward reconciliation and settlement at approved settlement cyde of merchants’ fund for transactions before transmitting flies to NIBSS latest by 12 noon daily.
- Ensure daily processing of net settlement file of banks via Nigeria Interbank Settlement Systems or any other allowed entity in line with SLA and industry standard.
- Liaise with counterparts (NIBSS, processors, settlement banks) in relation to all daily settlements
- Ensure reconciliation of all inward settlement files (other processors), against the payment gateway to confirm all successful transactions have been settled.
- Ensure reconciliation of acquired transactions against other processors report to confirm all transactions from Xpress Payments channels are settled.
- Prepare fee summary (inflow and outflow) of all electronic payment channel, international and domestic transactions to account department.
- Host settlement reports and charge back file on FTP.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree or HND in Banking & Finance, Accounting or Finance
- 4 years working experience in e-payment or banking industry in settlement and reconciliation unit with 2 year supervisory level.
