Job Title: Cloud Developer
Location: Lagos
Reports To: Head of Technology
Department: Technical and Projects
Job Objective
- Creating application, processes and experience via Azure Cloud
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build applications for Mobile and Web platform on Azure.
Skills and Competencies Required
- Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems administration
- Scripting language competency (bash, shell, python/java/groovy a plus)
- Experience with Azure IaaS Services including tools within; storage, networking, compute, and database features
- Hands on work setting up VMs, Data Centers, and migrating servers
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Azure Blob, Table Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Redis Cache and Azure Service Fabric
- Cloud System Architecture Experience - (Load Balancing, Auto-Scaling, Security Groups, Key Management)
- Container Experience: Docker, Kubernetes, Swarm
- Basic Cloud Networking Security Understanding (Public/Private IP, Routing, Firewalls, Remote Management (SSH, RDP))
- Understanding of RESTful Web Service and APIs PLUS.
