Job Title: Waitress (Lagos Airport)
Location: Lagos
Role Purpose Statement
- To deliver high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Clean the bar and all operating equipment’s
- Welcome customers and take correct orders
- Must always be around service areas for prompt attention
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clear tables after use
- Arrange all equipment in their various stations before work begins
- Carry out accurate billing and payment
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience
- Bachelor’s degree, OND or any relevant qualification
- Strong people and process management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Proper documentation and timely reporting
- Strict compliance with the internal guidelines, policies and strategies
- Customer Satisfaction
