Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Premises maintenance; ensuring regular cleaning of the premises, offices, gutters, drainages, conveniences, canteen, ensuring proper refuse disposal etc
- Assisting is overseeing the activities of the Contract Security
- Processing and paying all rents, rates, taxes, bonds to relevant bodies
- Arranging tours/travels and Accommodation.
- Ensuring adequate functioning of all communication facilities and ensuring provision of utilities (light, water etc)
- Manage office supplies
- Maintain and update Company Asset Data Base
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Assisting Outstation Administrative Management, ensuring prompt payments of rents, levies and other supports services.
- Looking after health, safety and welfare of employees.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND (2nd Class Lower Division) in any Social Science or Business Discipline
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Solid knowledge of Office Procedure
- Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
