Job Title: Director of Procurement
Location: Makurdi, Benue
Requirements
- Candidates must be a registered Architect, Engineer, Builder, and Quantity Surveyor and must have a good honours degree preferably in any of the following: Architecture, Engineering, Building and Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply from a recognized University; with 15 years cognate experience, 10 (ten) of which must be in a University setting. Higher degree with basic ICT skills will be an added advantage.
- He/She must be able to interpret and operate within the Public Procurement Act 2007.
Age:
- Applicants must not be more than sixty (60) years of age at the time of appointment.
Health:
- Applicants must enjoy good health to be able to endure the rigours of the duties of the position.
Duration of Appointment
- The appointment shall be for a single term of Five (5) years.
Conditions of Service
- These are as approved for Federal Universities in the country and as may be modified from time to time by competent authorities.
