Job Title: Director of Physical Planning
Location: Makurdi, Benue
Requirements
- Candidates must have a good honours degree in any of the following: Architecture, Building Technology, Engineering, Quantity Survey, Estate Management or any related discipline from a recognized University with 15 years post-qualification cognate experience in a University or Corporate Institution. Candidates must be able to show evidence of Administrative competence.
- A Master degree preferably in any of the discipline listed above will be an added advantage. A Professional qualification as appropriate in Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Survey or any related discipline is essential.
Age:
- Applicants must not be more than sixty (60) years of age at the time of appointment.
Health:
- Applicants must enjoy good health to be able to endure the rigours of the duties of the position.
Duration of Appointment
- The appointment shall be for a single term of Five (5) years.
Conditions of Service
- These are as approved for Federal Universities in the country and as may be modified from time to time by competent authorities.
