Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Assisting in staff recruitment
- Maintaining Personnel records/Statistics
- Assisting with Performance Management Programs
- Managing Company Pension Fund and dealing with Pension Fund Administrators
- Ensuring implementation of the disciplinary procedure.
- Vetting payroll and addressing pay discrepancies Analyzing Training needs, Preparing Training Plans/Calendars and dealing with Industrial Training Fund
- Checking references and organizing background checks
Requirements
- Minimum at B.Sc/HND (2nd Class Lower Division) in any Social Science or Business discipline
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Good knowledge of Labour Provisions.
