Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Leads in execution of strategic and tactical business plans.
- Develop and manage a multi-channel E-commerce strategy.
- Develop social media calendar and content for all relevant channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. while representing voice of brand in all discussions on social media sites.
- Manage relationship with customers, merchants, and other partners to ensure quality customer service on products/services, including delivery fulfillment through the company's logistics channel.
- Ensure sales campaigns achieve targets, Track, analyse, and report on sales KPIs.
- Analyse the performance of company E-commerce store front and implement user experience improvements that will improve conversion.
Requirements
- 3 years Accounting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Accounting or any related discipline
- IT proficiency with Excel skill and the ability to accounting software
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong numerical ability
- Sound business knowledge and ability to explain complex financial information in a clear way
- Organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure within deadlines
- Experience in Media is an added advantage
- Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA), Qualified member of Certified Institute of Management Accountant IMA) is an added advantage.
