Requirements
The successful candidates must possess the following qualities & attributes:
- Registered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors
- Minimum of twenty years' construction industry post NYSC experience, 10 years of which should be in management positions in a busy construction company.
- Highly developed ability/skill in contract administration within the Nigerian construction industry.
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge of MS Project will be an added advantage.
