Job Description
- Assist in drafting company internal policies in collaboration with Manager.
- Design and develop training and development programs based on organization and individual needs.
- Answer ad hoc questions and support internal clients.
- Administer all necessary documents (e.g. employment contracts) in respective databanks.
- Personnol planning, payroll assistance.
Requirement
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role is required.
