Job Title: Corporate Service Manager
Location: Island, Lagos
Job Description
- The corporate service manager is responsible for overseeing deliverables with clients and growing the current client base of the company
- Provides Business structures to deliver professional and competitive travel products to meet the demands of the travel market.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years’ experience selling travel packages (B2B)
- Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships
- A good understanding of the market and product
- Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicates assertively to the managers and team members
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude at all times
- Ability to communicate effectively at a senior level
- Ability to follow-up and make accurate decisions
