Job Title: General Manager, Industrial Catering
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Purpose
- The Job holder will be responsible for planning, administering, managing and driving the Industrial Catering operations and services i.e. the Offshore & Onshore catering business.
Accountabilities (Abridged)
- Ensures revenue budget is achieved
- Ensures strict adherence to budgeted Man-day Cost
- Ensures that health and safety regulations are strictly observed
Criteria
- Minimum of a B.Sc or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
- Candidates must be a seasoned professional with 10-15 years’ experience and must have worked in a similar business
- Good business and commercial acumen
- Financial, budgeting and control skills
- Good knowledge of food hygiene
