Job Title: General Manager, Commercial
Location: Lagos
Job Purpose
- The Job holder will be responsible for exploring new business avenues and opportunities while achieving the financial targets for the business across the locations in and outside Lagos.
Accountabilities (Abridged)
- Developing strategic plans to encourage business growth
- Ensures budget goals are achieved within industry leading metrics across all the sites within and outside Lagos
- Collaborate with the Executive Vice President to analyze business results and develop effective strategies for improvement
Criteria
- Minimum of B.Sc or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
- Candidate must be a seasoned professional with 10-15 years’ experience
- MUST possess good leadership and relationship management skills
- MUST possess good financial planning & budgeting skills
