Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of social sciences such as Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance and Business Administration
- Must have completed NYSC
- Must have graduated from the top 5 universities in Nigeria / foreign universities
- Must have excellent writing skills
- Must be articulate
- Must not be more than 27 years old as at March 2013
