Job Title: Admin Officer

Location:
Lagos
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of the budget.
  • Implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile the general ledger.
  • Prepare and reconcile general bank statements.
  • Establish and maintain supplier accounts.
  • Ensure data is entered into the system.
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
  • Prepare income statements.
  • Prepare balance sheets.
  • Assist with the annual audit.
  • Maintain financial files and records.
  • Managing fleet and facility.
Qualification
  • HND/B.Sc. in any social science course or related field;
  • Second Class Upper (2.1), Upper Credit or equivalent.
  • Required Experience: 3- 4 Years.
  • Age: Not more than 28 years.
Required Skills
  • Well-developed administrative skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good working knowledge of fleet and facility management (including power generation mgmt).
  • Analytical with superior numerical skills.
  • Data gathering and analysis.
  • Good business communication skills
  • High energy level

  • Proactive management.
