Job Description
- We are seeking for qualified applicants for our client, a Major Player in Real Estate Sector. As a Customer Business Executive, you will contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products sales and services.
Responsibilities
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Develop relationship with prospective clients
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and clients needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Requirements
- High-level communication skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Work experience in sales or related field is an added advantage
- Strong leadership ability as demonstrated through previous positions of leading and managing teams
