Job Summary
- Undertaking administrative tasks,ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently.
Job Description
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Handling external and internal communication
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for the upper management
- Support budgeting and book-keeping procedures
- Create and update personnel records
- Assist other staff whenever necessary.
Minimum Qualification
- HND in Administration
- Experience Level: 0-1 year.
