Job Specifications
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience
- Age 30-35 years
- Candidates should possess LL.B
- Experience in working within a legislative framework directly applicable to the area of work
- Proven ability to determine priorities, cope with high volumes of work, plan & organize workloads, set targets, meet deadlines and achieve high standard results
- An understanding of the role of process in delivering legal services effectively
- Proven track record of working on commercial real estate
- Competent in use of MS Office software packages.
- Experience in report writing and preparing legal documents.
- Sound knowledge of Governmental laws a regards real estate
- Conversant with property law and experience in all Legal issues related to real estate transactions from the negotiations of land sales to overseeing rental agreement.
- Be conversant with court processes.
- Ability to prepare contract of sales, deed of assignments.
- Good knowledge of real estate market.
- Ability to resolve real estate legal matters.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Problem solving and conflict management.
- Legal experience in a real estate firm is a great advantage.
