Job Description
- Customer relationship management
- Manage all logistics staff in the absence of her superior
- Handle customer service calls
- Accept all pickup request
- Monitors payment
- Ensure all items are delivered by the dispatch riders.
Requirements
- Must have in-depth knowledge of all location within Lagos
- Highly proactive/good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Must be hardworking with high moral character and integrity
- Minimum of B.Sc qualification.
- Gender: Female.
Salary
N40,000.00 - N50,000.00
