Our client a leading Microfinance Bank in the south-western part of Nigeria requires the following staff to facilitate its strategic plan:

1.) Managing Director (Ref.: MD)

Requirements
  • Chartered Banker with a minimum of B.Sc/HND in Banking and Finance, Accountancy or Economics.
  • He/She must have at least eight (8) years of banking experience of which 4 years must be at senior management level.
  • Possession of MCI, excellent understanding of microfinance market, outstanding managerial, leadership, planning, strategic with great computer skills will give a clear advantage.

2.) Head, Internal Audit (Ref.: HIA)

Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CNA with at least six (6) years of experience of which three (3) years must be acquired post- qualification in the banking industry.
  • Possession of MCIB will be an advantage while the applicant must possess sound computer skills.

3.) Head, Credit and Marketing (Ref.: HCM)

Requirements
  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any Management Science discipline with at least five (5) years post-qualification experience in selling and administering financial products of which three (3) years must be in banking industry.

4.) Head, Finance and Accounts (Ref.: HFA)

Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CNAw1th at least six (6) years of experience of which three (3) years must be post-qualification in the banking/financial service industry.
  • Possession of MCIB and sound computer skills will be an advantage.

5.) Head, Operations (Ref.: HOP)

Requirements
  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any Management Science with at least five (5) years experience of which three (3) years must be post-qualification in banking operations.
  • Possession of relevant profession qualifications and MCIB will be an advantage.

6.) Head, Information Technology/MIS (Ref.: HIT)

Requirements
  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Computer Science with at least five (5) years relevant experience of which three (3) years preferably the banking industry.

7.) Internal Control Officer (Ref.: ICO)

Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting or related discipline with evidence of progression in profession accountancy qualifications and at least three (3) years experience in internal audit/internal control of a bank or an audit firm.

8.) Human Resource Officer (Ref.: HRO)

Requirements
  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any Social/Management Science discipline with at least two (2) years post- qualification administrative experience.

9.) Operation/Relationship/Assistant (Ref.: OO/RO/OA/RA)

Requirements
  • ND/HND/B.Sc. Previous work experience in a finance related outfit will be an advantage

10.) IT Clerk (Ret.: ITC)

Requirements
  • SSCE1NECO with Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science.

11.) Driver (Ref.: DM)

Requirements
  • SSCE/NECO with Trade Test Grade II as Driver/Mechanic

12.) Patrol Men (Ref.: PM)

Requirements
  • SSCE/NECO, ND with previous experience in security work.
