Job Description
- We are looking for a data scientist that will help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products.
- Your primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality prediction systems integrated with our products.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop statistical learning models for data analysis
- Implement new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed for specific model or analysis
- Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends
- Mine and analyze data from company database to drive optimization and improvement of marketing techniques and business strategy
- Communicates results and ideas to key decision makers
Qualification
- B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field.
- Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis
- Able to understand various data structures and common method in data presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Coding knowledge and experience with different languages: PHP, Python, Java etc.
