SEVIS Express is an online fee-facilitation platform through which prospective students in Nigeria who have gained admission into US-based institutions are able to make easy, fast and reliable SEVIS fee payments. We also offer other fee facilitation services including application fee payments, tuition deposits, housing fee payments and enrollment fee payments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location:
Lagos

Responsibilities
  • Researching educational organisations, institutions, agencies and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Researching educational institutions online to aid in consulting and counselling admission prospects.
  • Own conversion of leads to actual revenue/paying customers.
  • Managing customer correspondence, cross selling company products/services and closing transactions for potential clients.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Requirements
  • Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for advocating unique brands that provide unrivaled customer service?
  • Are you a graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience (internship/NYSC/full time employment) in customer service or client account management in education consulting, experiential marketing or the travel industry?
  • Do you have call-center experience? (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Are you proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and any Customer Relationship Management system?
