Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities; setting up and attending meetings
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Promote the company’s new products/services addressing and predicting clients’ objectives
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature including proposals
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Market knowledge(Health Sector)
- Stakeholder management skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- B.Sc/B.A in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
