Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- Generate sales for the company from its retail outlets and meet the outlets sales quotas
Nature of the Job:
- Professional. Requires pressure and target driven ability
Job Description
- Receive walk-in customers, identify client needs and attend to all inquiries
- Provide accurate information concerning products and service offerings
- Manage product orders and deliveries
- Ensure products are adequately stocked
- Cross-sell products to customers
- Develop and maintain the store customer base
- Source for clients online
- Revert customer feedback to the Supervisor/Customer Care Unit
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/OND
- Minimum of a one (1) year sales experience
- Must have an excellent verbal communication skill
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible to work shifts
- Must have a good understanding of the retail sales process
- Must a possess an excellent customer service skill
- Must have a strong persuasive ability
