Job Description
- Sales and marketing of company products/services
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections or complaints
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Reporting to the Retail Manager
Desired Experience and Qualification
- Minimum of 1-year marketing experience will be an added advantage
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc or its equivalent
- Experience as a team lead, field analyst, or agent in an insurance agency/company will be an added advantage.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrate experience in generating sales and building lasting relationships
- Be self-motivated
- Target driven & team oriented
- Excellent communication (Verbal and written) and personable skills
- Good presentation skill
- Customer service skill.
