Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
They are looking to recruit a Procurement Officer who will perform the following duties:
- To follow up Vendors/Service engineers' mobilization schedule in accordance with SHI-MCI's request.
- The arrangement of Service Engineer accommodations & movement.
- Update embarking plan. PTS form and Visa status
- Review vendors invoice and process for payment.
- Manage purchase for vendor
- Follow up material delivery and punch clarification
- Follow material delivery and punch clarification.
- Request punch details from QM.
- Follow up shipping schedules, documentation, and material readiness with the delivery schedule as well as customs clearance monitoring.
- Update document for CPI's regular procurement meeting
- Any other related tasks as advised.
Requirements
- B.Sc/BA/HND with relevant experience in procurement
- Must have at most 2yrs relevant experience
- Must be honest, diligent and conscientious with Microsoft Excel ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
