Responsibilities
- The Project Engineer shall Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- He/She will report to the project Manager
- Design of E,I &T systems and Calculation of consumptions for equipment and systems
- Low voltage systems ( 24V DV systems with batteries and solar panels), Control systems and RIO cabinets " Performs and supervises electrical analysis and controls schemes and layouts
- Calculation of consumptions for equipment and systems
- Maintenance and servicing of all kind of electrical machines, troubleshooting using electrical blueprint drawing
- Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing and installation standards and specifications of all machineries used in the project
- Give input to Inspection, Operation, Maintenance and Repair documentation for the project Give installation and commissioning input to project.
Requirements
- BSc Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in oil & gas industry
- Knowledge of BV class rules and international rules and regulations (IEC / EMC / Solas / IALA / ICAO)
- Experience handling instruments such as Transmitters, proxy switches, detector and berthing aids " COREN Certified
- Fluency in English is compulsory
- Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
- Should be Self-motivated
