Save the Children is looking for experienced development professionals to work within the Nigeria Country Programme. These roles will be critical for the delivery of results for children expected by this programme.

Job Title: Information Technology Manager


Job Description
The IT manager will Design and recommend IT guiding principles for the country office’s strategic planning and coordinate and provide support for all Information Technology related activities within the Country Programs in both emergencies and development programming contexts. The post holder is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective information and communication systems.

He or she will manage acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization’s local area network hardware/software, manages network operations which includes: troubleshooting connectivity problems ensures availability, stability and security of data and information pertaining to the SCI Nigeria, Prepare and maintains a technology disaster recovery plan, manages external technology projects, facilitates technology meetings and user groups.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree/BTech/HND - in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics/Electrical Engineering, At least 6 to 8 years’ experience managing large number of staff at scale in Nigeria, expert knowledge of various IT Software and professional certifications are highly desirable.
