Job Description
The Candidate will provide administrative support and assistance for the development and management of Human Resources functions, for the development and maintenance of policies & procedures, for or the security of staff and for the promotion of the Child Safe Guarding Policy
Qualification:
- A bachelor Degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management (HR), Business Administration or Social Sciences with at least 2 years’ experience in similar role covering Staff and performance management as well as HR administration.
- A minimum of 5 years field based experience in complex and insecure settings, preferably in more than one country.
